One of the most
charming places I've visited is San Pedro de Atacama, a small town located
in Antofagasta region, in the north of
Chile.
My boyfriend and I
visited in the summer of 2016, we traveled by plane to Calama and then by bus
to San Pedro. There, we stayed at the camping Los Chañares, it had many trees
and the people were very friendly.
Even though we were
only there for a week, we were able to visit many tourist attractions such as
the Tatio Geysers, the Gully of Jerez, the Catarpe Valley and other places. But
without a doubt what I liked to do most was to travel for Valley of the Moon by
bike, the route is quite demanding for someone who does not do regular sport,
however the landscape compensate completely.
There are two things
that made this trip the best, it was the first time that my boyfriend and I
traveled alone and the natural places that are on the outskirts of the small
town are really wonderfuls.

Wow! Your holidays were very romantic jajaja This place is fantastic, I hope to visit "El Valle de la luna" some day. I'll ask you for advices when I visit that place.

ResponderEliminarSan Pedro de Atacama must be one of the most gorgeous places all over Chile... I went with my family 4 years ago and it was fantastic. The only place we can't visit were the Tatio Geysers because my sister was too small at that time:( Anyway, I'm glad you went there on a romantic journey... It's perfect for that!
