I think my English learning in college has been more meaningful than in all the years of school. I really consider that as a student I have to improve many aspects, especially the practice, but I also believe that the English programs vary a lot in each school and that meant that I could never really understand the language.
In general, I think I have learned English yes, but I still have shortcomings in expressing myself, because I can't do it easily. The sessions in which we have written bloggs, have helped me a lot because they force me to formulate sentences I don't know and it's also entertaining to comment to classmates.
I think that for this reason, that we write often, what makes it harder for me to speak English is to listen to people talking and understand what they want to say or there are details that I don't completely understand. Something I am doing to improve this aspect, is to see series in English and read the subtitles also in English, to associate the sounds with the written words that I understand.
When I'm not in English classes, in addition to watching series, I try to think, in English, what I'm doing or many times when I talk to my boyfriend in whatsApp I answer in English, as a game, but also to practice.
I have also thought about making small changes in my daily life, such as changing the language in the configuration of my cell phone to English, I think this would really help me to include English in my life, because I occupy it a lot.

When I was a teenager, I used to watch movies without subtitles and listen to music in English and I can say it was useful for me. I think you could try with the same thing!

Really one a form effective the improved vocabulary and pronuntiation is watch movies in english with or without subtitles. Both forms are very useful. I have to try everything.
